This Privacy Policy informs you about how, to what extent, and for what purpose we collect, process, and share personal data when you use our platform and trading services (TECHDRIVE, WALL STREET ALPHA, MONEYDRIVE PRO, MONEYDRIVE LITE).

During registration and use of our platform, we collect the following personal data:
Mandatory information (required for registration):
· First name and last name
· Email address
· Password (stored in encrypted form)
· Date of birth (age verification)
· Postal address (full address required)
· Phone number
· IP address (collected automatically for technical purposes)
Additional data (as required):
· KYC data (ID document, selfie, proof of address): required for account opening at tegasFX or any applicable partner broker.
· Language settings and communication preferences.
· Platform usage data (anonymized, for system optimization).
· Trading account identifiers and connection data for strategy activation via tegasFX.
· License and subscription data (strategy selected, license term, profit share tier).
IV. Purpose of Data Processing
· Provision and management of the user account and back office.
· Identity verification and security.
· Activation and management of trading strategy licenses (TECHDRIVE, WALL STREET ALPHA, MONEYDRIVE PRO, MONEYDRIVE LITE).
· Processing and tracking of profit share deductions in coordination with tegasFX.
· Referral to and integration with tegasFX or applicable partner brokers (with User consent).
· Internal communication, system notifications, and security alerts.
· Information about strategy updates, license renewals, platform features, and events.
· Fulfillment of legal obligations.
· Prevention of fraud and misuse.
V. Legal Basis
· Contract performance under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: Mandatory data required to enable platform use, license activation, and service delivery.
· Legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: System security, fraud prevention, platform optimization.
· Consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: Newsletter, cookies, transfer to partner brokers.
· Legal obligation under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: Retention obligations, disclosure requirements.
VI. Data Disclosure to Partner Brokers
Where the User is referred to a partner broker in order to activate a trading strategy, the following data is transmitted:
· tegasFX (Regulated Broker): Name, email address, date of birth, postal address, and KYC data (ID document, selfie, proof of address) for the purpose of broker account creation, identity verification, strategy activation, and profit share processing.
Data processing by partner brokers is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable regulatory requirements. AI TradingPilot has no influence over such processing once data has been transferred with the User's consent.
VII. Technical Service Providers
AI TradingPilot works with trusted technical service providers who process data on behalf of AI TradingPilot (e.g., hosting providers, email services, system administration). These providers are contractually obligated to ensure data security and confidentiality.
VIII. Newsletter and System Communications
As a registered user, you will receive system- and service-related messages, including notifications about profit share deductions, license renewals, and strategy updates. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting our support. Security and system notifications cannot be disabled, as they are required for the operation of the user account.
IX. Cookies and Tracking
Our platform uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure functionality and improve user experience. Upon your first visit, you will be asked for consent via a cookie banner.
Types of cookies:
· Technically necessary cookies: Required for platform operation (no consent required).
· Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics): For anonymized usage analysis (with consent only).

X. Data Retention and Deletion
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes. After termination of the service agreement and expiration of statutory retention periods, data will be deleted or anonymized. Deletion of the user account may be requested at any time by contacting our support.
