§ 1 Scope and Contracting Parties
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") are part of every usage and service agreement between

(hereinafter referred to as "AI TradingPilot")
and any natural or legal person who registers for or uses the services of AI TradingPilot (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Client").
(2) AI TradingPilot provides trading strategies and systems (TECHDRIVE, WALL STREET ALPHA, MONEYDRIVE PRO, MONEYDRIVE LITE) which are executed through the regulated broker tegasFX. AI TradingPilot acts solely as a provider of trading strategies and technology.
(3) A usage agreement is concluded upon successful registration and active acceptance of these GTC.
(4) These GTC apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of registration.
§ 2 Role of AI TradingPilot and Third-Party Structure
(1) AI TradingPilot LTD is not a regulated financial services provider, investment advisor, asset manager, or payment processor.
(2) AI TradingPilot provides trading strategies and automated systems which are technically executed via the regulated broker tegasFX. The User opens their trading account directly with tegasFX and is solely responsible for all deposit and trading activity.
(3) The contractual relationship for the brokerage account exists exclusively between the User and tegasFX. AI TradingPilot is not involved in any financial flows and does not manage client funds.
(4) KYC procedures, contract documents, deposits, and payouts are conducted exclusively on the platforms of tegasFX or any applicable partner broker.
(5) AI TradingPilot receives compensation for the provision of its trading technology, strategies, and associated services.
§ 3 Registration, Membership, and Start of Contract
(1) Registration as a user of AI TradingPilot is subject to applicable fees as stated in the relevant service agreement or subscription plan.
(2) Required for registration are: email address, first and last name, date of birth, postal address, and creation of a password. Acceptance of these GTC, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure Statement is mandatory.
(3) Registration is permitted exclusively for natural persons aged 18 and above. By actively accepting these GTC, the User confirms their legal age.
(4) For legal entities or commercially acting parties, the separate Partner Contract Terms apply.
(5) The User agrees to provide complete and truthful information during registration and to update any changes immediately.
(6) AI TradingPilot reserves the right to reject registrations without stating reasons or to deactivate user accounts in cases of violation of these GTC.
§ 4 Service Description – Trading Strategies
(1) AI TradingPilot provides the User with access to the following trading strategies and systems:
TECHDRIVE
· Strategy type: Manual trading in US Futures (Wall Street)
· License validity: 1 year
· Profit Share: 25%, deducted every weekend
· Minimum Funded Account: USD 5,000 (cost: USD 1,000) – 5x leverage, 20% drawdown limit
· Execution: Junior Trading Desk by PSS Capital, controlled by Christian R. Berger
· No automated bots – all trading decisions are made with human oversight and control
WALL STREET ALPHA
· Strategy type: Manual trading in the Forex market (G10 currency pairs)
· License validity: 1 year
· Profit Share: 25%, deducted every weekend
· Minimum Funded Account: USD 5,000 (cost: USD 1,000) – 5x leverage, 20% drawdown limit
· Strategy head: Meikel Mokry, 20+ years trading experience, 9+ years on Wall Street
· No automated bots – market decisions are based on genuine experience, clear analysis, and human judgment
· Mean-reversion approach focused on steady returns and controlled risk
MONEYDRIVE PRO
· Strategy type: Technology-assisted trading in NZD/CAD, AUD/NZD, and AUD/CAD
· License validity: 1 year
· Profit Share: 20%, deducted every weekend
· Minimum Funded Account: USD 3,000 (cost: USD 300) – 10x leverage, 10% drawdown limit
· Combines AI, machine market analysis, and institutional risk control
· Professional traders monitor the system permanently and may intervene in extreme market phases
· Mean-reversion logic, multi-timeframe validation, and intelligent volume distribution
· Hard stop-loss and anti-overfitting protocol for additional risk protection
MONEYDRIVE LITE
· Strategy type: Technology-assisted trading in NZD/CAD
· License validity: 1 year
· Profit Share: 20%, deducted every weekend
· Minimum Funded Account: USD 1,000 (cost: USD 100) – 10x leverage, 10% drawdown limit
· Focused single-pair strategy using the same AI and institutional risk control framework as MONEYDRIVE PRO
· Professional traders monitor the system and provide an additional safety layer in extreme market phases
· Mean-reversion logic, multi-timeframe validation, and dynamic capital allocation
· Hard stop-loss and anti-overfitting protocol for additional risk protection
(2) All trading strategies are technically executed via the regulated broker tegasFX. The User must open a separate, individual trading account directly with tegasFX to use AI TradingPilot systems.
(3) AI TradingPilot does not access, manage, or control the User's trading account or funds at any time.
(4) The User retains full control over their trading account and may disconnect or deactivate any strategy at any time via the tegasFX platform.
(5) AI TradingPilot does not guarantee specific trading results, returns, or performance outcomes. Past results are not indicative of future performance.
(6) All product offerings, strategies, license fees, profit share terms, and performance parameters may change without prior notice. AI TradingPilot makes no guarantee regarding the continued availability of any specific strategy or feature.
§ 5 License, Profit Share, and Fee Structure
(1) Each trading strategy is subject to a one-year license fee payable at the time of activation.
(2) In addition to the license fee, a Profit Share is applicable as follows:
· TECHDRIVE and WALL STREET ALPHA: 25% of net profits, deducted every weekend.
· MONEYDRIVE PRO and MONEYDRIVE LITE: 20% of net profits, deducted every weekend.
(3) The User acknowledges that Profit Share deductions are automatic and are processed by tegasFX or the applicable broker infrastructure.
(4) License fees are non-refundable once the strategy has been activated.
(5) AI TradingPilot reserves the right to adjust fees and profit share terms. Changes will be communicated in advance via the back office.
§ 6 Risk Notice and No Guarantee of Success
(1) The use of trading strategies and systems involves significant risks:
· Trading leveraged financial instruments, including Forex, US Futures, and CFDs, can lead to substantial gains but also to substantial losses, including total loss of invested capital.
· Neither manual nor technology-assisted trading strategies guarantee profits.
· Leverage increases both potential profits and potential losses. The User should only use capital they can afford to lose entirely.
· Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results.
· Performance depends on market conditions, broker execution quality, network connectivity, and other factors outside AI TradingPilot's control.
(2) Neither AI TradingPilot nor tegasFX make any representation regarding specific returns or capital preservation.
(3) Each User acts at their own risk. It is solely the User's responsibility to assess their individual risk tolerance, available capital, and financial situation prior to using any trading service.
(4) These services are not a substitute for individualized investment advice, tax consulting, or legal assessment. AI TradingPilot expressly recommends consulting an independent licensed financial advisor before using any trading product.
§ 7 Disclaimer of Liability
(1) AI TradingPilot is not liable for losses, damages, or technical problems arising from:
· Market developments, price volatility, or adverse trading outcomes.
· Malfunctions, outages, or service interruptions at tegasFX or any partner broker.
· Delays in trade execution, slippage, or broker-side technical failures.
· Errors in KYC procedures, verification, or access to broker systems.
· Misuse of login credentials, accounts, or API connections by third parties.
· Internet connectivity failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
· Decisions made by the trading desk or portfolio managers in connection with manually operated strategies.
(2) AI TradingPilot is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for simple negligence is excluded – except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
(3) All contracts with tegasFX or any partner broker are governed exclusively by their own terms and conditions. AI TradingPilot assumes no responsibility for the content, pricing, execution, or services of tegasFX.
§ 8 Contract Duration and Termination
(1) The service agreement with AI TradingPilot is concluded for the duration specified in the applicable subscription or license plan (standard: 1 year per strategy).
(2) The User may request cancellation of their subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in the applicable service plan, by written notification via email to the contact address indicated in § 11.
(3) License fees paid are non-refundable after activation. Profit Share obligations cease upon deactivation of the strategy.
(4) AI TradingPilot reserves the right to deactivate or delete user accounts in cases of:
· Violation of these GTC or applicable law.
· Intentional manipulation, fraud, or misuse of the system.
· Harm to third parties caused by the User's conduct.
(5) Upon termination of the service agreement, all rights to use the AI TradingPilot platform and back office access expire.
§ 9 User Obligations and Ethical Conduct
(1) The User agrees to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
(2) The following actions are expressly prohibited:
· Sharing login credentials with third parties.
· Manipulation, fraud, or misuse of platform functions.
· Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
· Distributing content that harms, deceives, or endangers third parties.
· Creating or distributing any materials referencing AI TradingPilot without prior written approval – violations may result in legal consequences.
§ 10 Usage Rights, Trademarks, Domains
(1) AI TradingPilot grants the User a simple, non-transferable right to use their personal account access and the platform functions provided.
(2) It is expressly prohibited to independently create brands, domains, or social media pages suggesting an official affiliation with AI TradingPilot without prior written approval.
(3) Trademarks such as AI TradingPilot, TECHDRIVE, WALL STREET ALPHA, MONEYDRIVE PRO, MONEYDRIVE LITE, and associated marks may not be used in domains, profile names, product names, or paid advertising without explicit written approval.
§ 11 Communication and Data Use
(1) By registering, the User agrees that AI TradingPilot may use their personal data (name, email address, phone number) for the following purposes:
· System notifications and technical communications.
· Information about strategy updates, license renewals, or platform features.
· Invitations to webinars and events.
· Transfer to tegasFX or applicable partner brokers within the scope of the service relationship.
(2) AI TradingPilot shares data only to the extent necessary for service fulfillment with trusted technical partners and the relevant broker. Details are governed by the Privacy Policy.
§ 12 Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Severability
(1) The laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes related to these GTC is Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands, where legally permissible.
(3) Should any provision of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid clauses shall be replaced by valid ones that best reflect the original economic purpose.
(4) AI TradingPilot reserves the right to update these GTC at any time. Changes will be communicated to Users via the back office in a timely manner. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Final Clause: By registering with AI TradingPilot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these GTC in full.
